ZBA2010-6 Application for Special Exception for Photography Studio at 156 River Road (Map 15 Lot 27A Zone R80) Owner: Tom Buccino Applicant: Diane Diederich (Received December 9, 2010 Public Hearing January 13, 2011 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
The applicant D. Diederich explained to the Board Members that she wanted a space to do digital photography. The space would not have any retail.
M. Masinda asked the owner T. Buccino about the current occupancy.
R. Malloney asked about onsite parking. D. Diederich stated her unit would have two spaces.
B. Semprebon motion to close the Public Hearing. R. Malloney seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
ZBA2010-8 Application for Special Exception for Fine Art Studio/Office at 156 River Road
(Map 15 Lot 27A Zone R80) Owner: Tom Buccino Applicant: Jessica Regele (Received December 9, 2010 Public Hearing January 13, 2011 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
J. Regele was present to speak she stated that she would like to open a fine arts studio/office and have a creative place to work in. R. Maloney asks about parking and if she would be having any retail. She stated no retail, and two parking spaces.
R. Maloney motion to close Public Hearing. B.Semprebon seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
M. Masindia closed the Public Hearing at 7:46

George Ramsey was present to speak about the application. The building is non conforming. House is too close to rear line.
